I was faced with putting on a Memorial Service in a fairly remote location 3000 miles from home with no real contacts in the area. I tried one planner and she was busy but she referred me to Charlotte of Eventive. As far as I was concerned it was a done deal as soon as we met very soon after she had been notified. She had all the requisite contacts for a tent and chairs, catering, flowers, Porta potties and more. She expeditiously arranged it all flawlessly and things clicked like a Swiss watch on the day of the event. She even arranged a totally sunny but cool day with low humidity, not an easy task for Massachusetts in July. Last but not least she pitched in on the day and made the drinks, arranged the flowers, and in general made my difficult task as easy as anyone could do. I unreservedly recommend her company for any event that might come up. Need I add that she is very friendly, cheerful and a joy to work with.

My mom hired Charlotte to design/run my 18th birthday/graduation party. Let me tell you, BEST DECISION EVER! Not only did Charlotte design the COOLEST Choachella-themed party for me, she also was very professional about keeping me and my mother updated on the progress of my event on the days leading up to the party. She was very easy to get hold of her with any questions we had and stayed throughout the whole party to help with any issues, questions, and clean up we had. My guests had a blast and were completely in awe of the decorations.
